ISO/TS 16949 Compliant Cable Harness (Loom) Production
Juscom custom manufactures cable harnesses of the highest quality, used in premier German, Japanese, and American automobile brands.
We can cater to small production runs, and will accept non-automotive harness and loom work. We use stringent ISO/TS 16949 controls even for non-automotive customers since we do not believe that we can maintain differing levels of quality within the same organisation.
Contract Manufacturing
We source from vendors Taiwan, China, Europe, and North America to custom manufacture a very large variety of products to customer specifications.
Box Assembly
Juscom assembles fully finished products or semi-finished products to customer requirements. These products contain subassemblies that were shipped to us as such, or else were wholly manufactured in-house.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards are used unless customers specify otherwise.
Medical Electronics Cables and Probe Leads
Featuring custom overmoulded DIN 42 802 Touchproof connectors that eliminate the possibility of shock when connecting probes and leads to medical equipment. U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) mandated connectors feature 1.5mm terminals and are fabricated with sterilizable resins.
Low-Pressure Moulding
Automotive manufacturers have a specific need for low-pressure moulding using thermoplastic adhesives such as Henkel's MacroMelt, or Bostik's TherMelt. The material can be used to form highly chemical resistant grommets, connector housings, and encapsulating enclosures.
Juscom will work with customers to analyse when the added expense of these materials can be justified by the application. All low-pressure work is done at our facility.
